"Music is a world within itself, it’s a language we all understand."

Morning coffee/chai time now has a new sweeter purpose. Music! No matter our language, the place or the distance between us, for the 3-4 minutes when the music is playing, we're all in one place, experiencing similar emotions and the connect is instant. This unconditional bonding quality is unique of music.

Music emotes effortlessly without even a single word being said, in a soulful solo; it sets a beautiful stage for argument, in a jugalbandi; shows group discussions can be melodious, in an orchestral symphony; stirs strong emotions within and so much more.

One of the most special aspects of music is its healing power. That touch of music is enough to make one forget the pains, the sorrows and all the unpleasantness of the moment. It lifts our spirit right up.

There is one amongst us who at such trying times instead of only seeking solace in music is sending out courage, joy and love to the rest us, though her own music.

Today's post is dedicated to one of the strongest ladies I have seen... the lady who has so effectively kicked tough time in its backside that even the likes of Chang & Lee would think twice before approaching her.
