To me, Vashti Bunyan's music is all that and more.Heralded the mother of freak folk her story is even more poignant than her music...she makes music in the 60s..albums bomb...she goes off the map riding a gypsy caravan to Ireland with her boyfriend. decades later, she does some idle googling of her name to see a cult following for all that music...
